NanoCyclic.com now uses Paypal for all online orders

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to California (8.75%). Any tax exemption must be claimed at time of purchase and provide supporting documentation. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We Currently offer free shipping on domestic orders!

We ship almost entirely via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).  A tracking number will be provided to the customer when the item has shipped. Overnight delivery, signature confirmation, and other options are available upon request and will incur extra charges.

International orders are shipped primarily by USPS. International customers are encouraged to place an order as our online services use a flat rate shipping cost. However if you place your order through the phone, we can give you an exact shipping cost. We will not charge your credit card until you accept a shipping quote

Orders placed between Monday-Friday will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours. Orders placed between 12 pm Friday – Sunday will receive an order confirmation by the next business day. You may not receive confirmation right after submitting your order. You will receive a second confirmation notice when your order is shipped. Please keep these emails for your records.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. Domestic shipments will take approximately 3-6 business days for delivery. International shipments will take approximately 6-10 business days for delivery. Cyclic is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

RETURN POLICY

You may return all items purchased at NanoCyclic.com within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
